Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Frameworks2Freedom Diagnostic App (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. WHO WE ARE

The App is operated by Matthew Hendricks, doing business as Frameworks2Freedom, a sole proprietorship based in Texas, USA. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to Matthew Hendricks d/b/a Frameworks2Freedom.

2. WHAT THE APP DOES

The Frameworks2Freedom Diagnostic App is a self-assessment tool designed to help small business owners identify where they currently stand across five business Forces: Client Acquisition, Pricing & Profit, Operations, Team, and Owner Freedom. The App collects your responses to diagnostic questions and generates a report based on your answers.

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The App, its diagnostic results, and any AI-generated content or reports produced through the App are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing in the App constitutes — or should be construed as — professional legal, financial, accounting, tax, or business consulting advice. Your diagnostic results reflect patterns in your self-reported answers and are intended to help you think more clearly about your business. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

We make no guarantee that following any framework, recommendation, or guidance generated by the App will produce specific business outcomes. Results vary based on individual circumstances, effort, and factors outside our control.

4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Some features of the App use artificial intelligence to generate reports, comparisons, or content based on your inputs. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or information that does not apply to your specific situation.
• AI-generated content is not reviewed or verified by a licensed professional before delivery.
• You are solely responsible for how you use, interpret, or act on any AI-generated content produced by the App.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

5. ELIGIBILITY

The App is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are operating or considering operating a business. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

6. YOUR USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its underlying systems.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without our prior written consent.
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in your diagnostic responses.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App — including the Frameworks2Freedom methodology, diagnostic questions, framework names, written content, and visual design — is owned by Matthew Hendricks d/b/a Frameworks2Freedom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights or licenses to our content beyond what is necessary to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Matthew Hendricks d/b/a Frameworks2Freedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including any reliance on diagnostic results or AI-generated content. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the App.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App is built on Base44, a third-party platform. Your use of the App is also subject to Base44's terms of service and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party service providers.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. THE OWNER'S DESK SUBSCRIPTION (AUTOMATIC RENEWAL)

The Owner's Desk by F2F (the "Desk") is a separate subscription app that gives you an AI business advisor built on the Frameworks2Freedom system. Sections 3 and 4 of these Terms (educational purpose, AI-generated content) apply to everything the Desk produces.

• Price. The Solo plan costs $49 USD per month, or $490 USD per year, plus any taxes that apply. If we ever change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it does.
• Included months with the Complete Build or Coaching. These purchases include 3 months (90 days) of the Desk at no extra charge, starting on the purchase date. By completing the purchase and accepting these Terms at checkout, you authorize us to save the card you used and, when the 90 days end, to charge it $49 USD per month for the Desk, renewing automatically every month until you cancel.
• Free month for eBook readers. If you start the free month, it is free for 30 days. When the 30 days end, the card you entered is charged $49 USD per month (or the yearly price, if you chose yearly), renewing automatically until you cancel.
• Reminders before any charge. Before a free period turns into a paid one, we email you at least 7 days before the first charge, with the date, the amount and how to cancel.
• Cancel anytime, in one click. Cancel inside the Desk (Menu → Plan & billing) or by emailing us. If you cancel during a free period, you are never charged. If you cancel a paid plan, it stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
• Refunds. Paid periods are not refunded for partial use, except where the law requires. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund that charge and cancel the subscription.
• Failed payments. If a charge fails, our payment processor may retry it, and access may pause until the card is updated.
• Usage credits. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of usage credits (2,000 on Solo) that resets every month and does not roll over. One account is for one owner; please do not share your sign-in.
• Your content. Documents you create or upload in the Desk are yours. We store them only to provide the service. If your subscription ends, your documents stay saved so you can pick up where you left off, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Service providers. Payments are processed by Stripe. The Desk runs on Supabase and Vercel and uses Anthropic's Claude models to generate answers. We do not sell your information.

14. SUSCRIPCIÓN A EL ESCRITORIO DEL DUEÑO (RENOVACIÓN AUTOMÁTICA) — VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL

El Escritorio del Dueño por F2F (el "Escritorio") es una app de suscripción independiente con un asesor de negocio con IA basado en el sistema Frameworks2Freedom. Las secciones 3 y 4 de estos Términos (propósito educativo y contenido generado por IA) aplican a todo lo que produce el Escritorio.

• Precio. El plan Solo cuesta $49 USD al mes, o $490 USD al año, más los impuestos que apliquen. Si algún día cambiamos el precio, te avisaremos por correo al menos 30 días antes de que aplique para ti, y podrás cancelar antes.
• Meses incluidos con La Construcción Completa o el Coaching. Estas compras incluyen 3 meses (90 días) del Escritorio sin costo adicional, a partir de la fecha de compra. Al completar la compra y aceptar estos Términos en el pago, nos autorizas a guardar la tarjeta que usaste y, al terminar los 90 días, a cobrarle $49 USD al mes por el Escritorio, con renovación automática cada mes hasta que canceles.
• Mes gratis para lectores del eBook. Si inicias el mes gratis, es gratis por 30 días. Al terminar, se cobra a la tarjeta que registraste $49 USD al mes (o el precio anual, si elegiste anual), con renovación automática hasta que canceles.
• Avisos antes de cualquier cobro. Antes de que un periodo gratis se convierta en pagado, te enviamos un correo al menos 7 días antes del primer cobro, con la fecha, el monto y cómo cancelar.
• Cancela cuando quieras, con un clic. Cancela dentro del Escritorio (Menú → Plan y pago) o escribiéndonos. Si cancelas durante un periodo gratis, nunca se te cobra. Si cancelas un plan pagado, deja de renovarse y conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste. No cobramos por cancelar.
• Reembolsos. Los periodos pagados no se reembolsan por uso parcial, salvo cuando la ley lo exija. Si se te cobró una renovación que no querías conservar, escríbenos dentro de los 7 días siguientes al cobro y te reembolsaremos ese cargo y cancelaremos la suscripción.
• Pagos fallidos. Si un cobro falla, nuestro procesador de pagos puede reintentarlo, y el acceso puede pausarse hasta que actualices la tarjeta.
• Créditos de uso. Cada plan incluye una cantidad mensual de créditos (2,000 en Solo) que se renueva cada mes y no se acumula. Una cuenta es para un dueño; por favor no compartas tu acceso.
• Tu contenido. Los documentos que creas o subes al Escritorio son tuyos. Los guardamos solo para darte el servicio. Si tu suscripción termina, tus documentos se quedan guardados para que retomes donde te quedaste, y puedes pedirnos que los borremos en cualquier momento.
• Proveedores. Los pagos los procesa Stripe. El Escritorio funciona sobre Supabase y Vercel y usa los modelos Claude de Anthropic para generar respuestas. No vendemos tu información.
